Returns and Exchanges

Returning or exchanging an item

We accept returns and exchanges of products you have ordered within 7 days of the delivery date, if the item is unused. Contact us at the email address below within 3 days of delivery (including the day of delivery) with the name of the person who placed the order, the order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will contact you by email or telephone as per the information provided when placing the order. The item must be return delivered to the specified return address within 7 days.

Please note returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases.

- If the product has been used
- If scratches or damage have been made after delivery
- If the authenticity certificate (AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE CARD), label, etc. have been lost
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived (date delivery was completed)
- If GOLD SANDS determines that the item is not eligible for return or exchange

Shipping fees for returns

If you return or exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for shipping fees, COD fees, and other refund fees (bank transfer/remittance charges etc.). If the item is defective or not the item specified, GOLD SANDS will bear the shipping and refund charges.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been confirmed a refund will be processed through the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please note that the amount of time required for the refund to be processed will depend on the credit card company.
