Product Warranty and Repairs
If you have purchased a product from the GOLD SANDS online shop, we will repair defects. If you register as a member of GOLD SANDS, you will be eligible for the repair warranty system and can receive repairs free of charge or at the member's only price. In addition, if you are a GOLD SANDS member, even if repair cannot be carried out free of charge, you will be eligible for a reduced member's fee.
Whether or not a replacement or repair is possible, and whether a repair is free or charge will depend on the condition of the item and how it has been used. Examples of free product repairs are as follows.
- Damage to hooks, zippers, and metal fittings
- Peeling of adhesive
- Frayed stitching thread
However, please note that we cannot provide free repairs in the following cases.
- Damage caused by incorrect use, use other than the intended purpose, or careless handling
- Scratches, stains, peeling or tears on the leather itself due to aging
- Stains caused by getting wet with water or rain, etc.
- For products purchased second-hand, not on the official online store, etc. and we are unable to verify your identity.

Shipping costs for repairs
The buyer must cover the shipping costs when requesting repairs, and GOLD SANDS will cover the shipping costs when returning the item.
