About the product order procedure

How do I place an order on the GOLD SANDS Online Store?

What payment methods are available for products?

We offer two types of payment methods: credit card payment and PayPal/Google Pay/Shop Pay. Please check the ordering guide from ordering to delivery.

What are the additional charges other than the product when ordering?

There is a shipping charge. Shipping is free for orders over 15,000 yen, and for orders below 15,000 yen, a shipping fee of 720 yen will be charged. For shipping and handling charges, please see the shipping information in the ordering guide.

Do you have a product catalog?

GOLD SANDS does not currently publish catalogs.

I would like to cancel my order. Is it possible?

If you place an order without registering as a member, please contact us by email.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but depending on the shipping situation, you may need to process the return yourself. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you place an order as a member, you can cancel it yourself before the order is shipped.
Check the order information page on My Page. Please cancel by clicking the "Cancel order" button.
If you would like an irregular response or if you are in a hurry, please contact us by email.

Also, if you are unable to cancel from My Page, please contact us via email as the shipping process has already progressed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but depending on the shipping situation, you may need to process the return yourself.

Can you do wrapping?

At GOLD SANDS, all purchased leather products are wrapped before being mailed.

I want to buy multiple products together.

After adding one product to your cart, go back (or press the Continue Shopping button)
If you perform the same operation again with another product, you can add two products to your cart.

About product delivery

I would like to order a product, when will it arrive?

Orders placed before 13:00 will be shipped the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays), so please allow several business days for your order to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of 720 yen is charged nationwide for each delivery. However, if the total product price is 15,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping will be free.

Who is the delivery company? Also, is it possible to specify it?

We use Yamato Transport as the delivery company.

My product has not arrived yet. Please let me know what's going on.

If you place an order without registering as a member, please check your order confirmation email and shipping completion email.

I want to send two or more products to different locations.

One order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you have multiple shipping addresses, please place multiple orders.

Can you ship outside of Japan?

For orders placed on this website, delivery is currently limited to within Japan, but as we receive many requests from outside Japan, we can send items by mail individually. If you would like your order delivered overseas, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I return or exchange a product once it has been used?

We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products once they have been used.

The threads are frayed and the metal fittings are broken, so I would like to have them repaired.

In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with the product, we will repair it. If you register as a club member, you will also receive the benefit of repair for the products you order, so please take this opportunity to register. Repairs may be difficult depending on the wear and condition of the leather. Thank you for your understanding.
